OUR DIFFERENCE
CYLINDER WARRANTY
We're extremely proud of the quality of our unvented cylinders, and offer a 25 year warranty on the vessel as standard (terms and water hardness conditions are listed in the installation manual).
This warranty is honoured via the Benchmark log at the back of the installation manual that accompanies every cylinder. The commissioning checklist must be filled out by a competent and qualified installer upon installation of the cylinder, and is required to be updated with every annual service. The installation manual therefore acts as the guarantee for every homeowner, and must be kept with the cylinder.
There is no mandatory warranty registration required online to validate your cylinder, however an optional jotform is provided on the right-hand button below, should you feel happier doing so. However, this does not replace the use of the physical log book.
If you have any questions about the warranty of your unvented cylinder, please feel free to contact us below.
